Free Pads and Tampons Available at Benalla Health

Menstruation is a normal and healthy part of life, but for many people, the cost of period products can make it difficult to fully participate in daily life, work, or study.

At Benalla Health, we believe that pads and tampons are essential items, not luxuries. Everyone should have access to the products they need, when and where they need them.

As part of the Victorian Government’s initiative to provide free pads and tampons across public places, Benalla Health is proud to now offer free period products on-site.

Where to Find Them

Free pad and tampon vending machines are available at Benalla Health in the Education and Community Health Building, making it easier for anyone who needs them to access these products privately and conveniently.

This initiative is helping to support the health, dignity, and wellbeing of women and people who menstruate in our community.
