Benalla Health staff are trained to provide you with a high standard of care. They have the experience and understanding to assist you in answering any questions you may have regarding your planned or emergency admission.

IMPORTANT: Visiting hours will be changing effective 12th October 2022.

2 visitors per patient per day, during visiting hours for a maximum of 2 hours.
All visitors to wear surgical mask provided by Benalla Health.

Visiting hours are from 10am - 6pm, Rest 1 - 2pm, 7 days a week.

Please note in our Maternity Ward each mother is allowed 1 parent / guardian, partner or support person. This visitor is not restricted to the visiting hours. Mothers are allowed one additional visitor during visiting hours for a maximum of 2 hours (as above). Rest 1 - 3pm.

The Benalla Health Covid Testing Clinic is open Tuesdays and Thursdays each week by appointment only from 7am to 9am. It is located outside the Urgent Care Centre. 

Please book an appointment prior to coming to the Covid Testing Clinic on (03) 5761 4284.

You are also asked to register before your COVID-19 test by going to the QR code below. This will make information collection faster.

This QR code will direct you to a Testing registration site to fill in an online form before your COVID-19 test. Once you have filled in the form, you will get a unique registration number, which can be used by authorised staff at the testing site to access your information securely. This will improve the testing experience.

The details you provide will be available when you arrive at any COVID-19 testing site that uses the testing registration form for 90 days. Registration is available to anyone who is 18 years or older and has an Australian mobile phone number.
