Benalla Health offers an Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program and a Registered Nurse Graduate Program. The Programs are designed for newly registered nurses and are a unique and exciting program designed to expose first year nurses to a diverse range of clinical experiences.

Both our Graduate Nurse Programs offer a supportive environment to transition from Student Nurse to Registered or Enrolled Nurse. Our Education Team includes dedicated Clinical Support Nurses and Clinical Educators that cover Monday-Friday. This ensures our Graduate Nurses are offered support and hands on assistance on a regular basis. Our Graduate Program includes monthly group debrief sessions and individual debrief sessions as required.
