Donation envelopes began arriving in Benalla residents’ mailboxes late last week, allowing people again to give generously to the health service.

Benalla Health’s Chief Executive Officer Jackie Kelly said the Annual Appeal had enjoyed strong community support in the past and as we embark on our Annual Appeal for 2023 wanted to take the opportunity to thank our community for the level of support they have provided.

As Benalla Health’s major fund-raising activity for the year, the Annual Appeal has been an important factor in supporting equipment purchases to help us serve the community.

“Each year, we hold the appeal to raise much-needed funds for the health service and this year, we have an exciting opportunity to purchase specialised equipment for our Acute and Theatre suites, ensuring that our community has the most up to date equipment and services and is receiving the best care, every person, every time.” She said.

The Benalla community has a long and proud tradition of supporting its health service and we understand it is difficult for many in the community to support all appeals, however we hope you can dig deep again this year and assist in providing a donation to the appeal providing an opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of your local health service.

All contributions are sincerely appreciated. People can make online donations at benallahealth.org.au via credit card or can return the donation envelope to Benalla Health.
